The Royal Court

About

The Royal Court is a group of youth who represent all Bud Billiken® youth. The Royal Court consists of six (6) members - King, Queen, Prince, Princess, Lord and Lady. Members are eight to twelve years old. They enjoy a week of activities highlighted by riding on their own float in the Bud Billiken® Parade. Members are selected by written and oratorical contests which are part of the King And Queen Contest. The King and Queen are coronated during a special ceremony with honor given to all members of the Royal Court. All participants in the King and Queen Contest, their parents and guests are invited.
